When will my first parcel arrive?
Your first parcel will ship within the current shipping window after your membership begins. Your welcome will arrive the very first month after you answer the invitation. Every parcel continues the mystery exactly where the previous chapter ended.
What will I receive each month?
Every monthly parcel includes a personalized wax-sealed letter from The Lady of the Pines, the next chapter of The Brooks Letters, a handcrafted keepsake, a seasonal recipe, hidden clues, and carefully chosen surprises inspired by the East Texas pines.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. You may cancel your membership at any time. Because the mystery unfolds chapter by chapter, once a chapter has passed it cannot be recreated or sent again.
Do I need to begin with Chapter One?
Yes. Every clue builds upon the last. Beginning with the first parcel allows you to experience the mystery exactly as it was intended. But not to worry, I am keeping up with that
